When I click it it gives me a 503 temporarily unavailable but looks like it was active up until at least march of this year. The beta 7.5 download only have 1,2 and 4 archives in it 3 was probably removed or corrupted some time ago. My best advice it to post a comment for a possible re-up of this link on the tesall.ru site. Edit: checked 5 or so other downloads and all return with the 503 error. It seems like the download server is down at the moment for all files. That Is the Akaviri Kojima mod your looking for though.
