Fakefiller Posted October 5, 2017 Posted October 5, 2017 Does anyone have any idea of a way to use the faces from Beautiful Followers as faces for the player? Already tried Alternate Actors, but that caused too many facial deformities. Console commands worked a bit better, but taking control of the npc was the only way and didn't allow the opening of doors etc. Also tried moving the dds and nif files into CharGen, but that only copies the general face shape.
kniff Posted October 5, 2017 Posted October 5, 2017 Sculpting the face is not enough, you'll need to use the character textures (face especially and the body texture to match it) and tints as well. The face texture is especially important. You should use a custom race for this since some textures are custom made and can mess up vanilla NPCs.

Doesn't importing the face shape with the sculpt tab in RM already make it use the tint? Otherwise yeah, you need to copy the textures like skin, eyes, eyebrows, hair etc and make them useable either by downloading the original mod the author used or overwriting textures your eye/eyebrow/hair mods use with the ones from the follower.

Tints dont get transfered
