Request/looking for uncapper skyrim SE ??

In vanilla skyrim there was elyse uncapper but is there currently a same one for Skyrim SE ?? i have a dll file called skyrim skill uncapper that was suppose to work exactly like elyse but somehow i am unable to get the uncapper to even work with SE i followed the page to the letter but the skill is not changing also elyse had an ini file to make dll work with it but this file contains the dll file just not the ini.

You didn't read the post.

It says use the ini file from community uncapper or ordinator.

he also linked them.

 

Don't install with mo.

 

Use skse.

Thanks no i was not using mo this all manual installation. i never use any mo for fallout 4 nor skyrim SE
