Kinda like a quest mod. Anyone? Thx

Kinda like a quest mod. Anyone? Thx It's been awhile since i've played skyrim. But i'm pretty sure all that stuff is configurable in the menus. I remember every time i made a new character i would have to spend around 1 hour going though devious devices and all my other mods to lower all the values for people equipping my character with stuff. I primarily wanted them to be used if i was captured during combat.
