need help with ctd

Any kind soul able to help debug this issue, without fail I've been ctd whenever I loot the items from the caged mage, the very first lockpick in helgen keep.
I've tried multiple new games, removing of certain immersive mods(wet and cold, iNeed etc.) but doesn't seem to be the issue. 

Could it be a load order issue? I pretty much just use LOOT and let it auto sort it since I suck at it tbh.

Sexlab and other sexlab mods are not working with Skyrim SE.

Haven't really tested it yet actually, let me try again after disabling it.

Did you not run FNIS?

I did run FNIS. But I manage to solve the issue after further testing. For some reason my body meshes had issues both male and female, so whenever I unequip the chest armor, it causes ctd, so I had to reinstall both SoS and UNP. 
At least I can confirm certain mods like immersive armor,sexlab light SE, Amorous adventure(even the one from this forum) works perfectly for SE. Thanks for the help anyway guys.
