Computer Specs and ENB set ups.

I've been kind of searching around but i can never find anything exact on how ENB's react/work with my setup. Right now I'm running FNV ultra high with NMC-High and other 2k mods alongside the overgrowth ENB and I can't complain. I think it's a stable 40ish range.


But I'm never sure if anything could be "better" in terms.


here's my current setup.
 

 Processor: Intel® Core i5-4460  CPU @ 3.20GHz (4 CPUs), ~3.2GHz

                   Memory: 16384MB RAM

      Available OS Memory: 16316MB RAM
Card name: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950

Display Memory: 10175 MB

   Dedicated Memory: 2017 MB

      Shared Memory: 8158 MB

EDIT: I do use two monitors, one is 1920x1080 (60hz) (32bit)
 

and the other is a dinky 1440x900(75hz)
