[SOLVED] Looking for this mod, first person type narrative.

Found this mod while poking around, but never found out what the mod was called or where it is. It looks like it's some sort of narrative type of thing in the first person. Low res pic:

Initially it displays the text from a 3rd person perspective, but you can click an option in it's MCM so it displays the messages in a first person perspective.
