Super Low Audio

Despite following a guide before and changing the fAudioMasterVolume= to 10, the game's volume is still VERY quiet.

I am not using any mods or managers, completely Vanilla install.

If there's a mod or some way to fix it, I'd appreciate it.

Did you turn the volume down in your mixer on your computer?

as far as i could see / tell, its the same volume as everything else on my PC to an extent, so no.

and maybe it DID, but it seemed like changing the SkyrimPreffs file thing didn't really have an effect on it.

Try increasing the master volume on your PC mixer, and then increase the volume of Skyrim. If .ini edits don't seem to work, then the problem may be as simple as adjusting the volume using the mixer.

I'll try...im just abit worried about alt-tabbing out since Oblivion usually hates me doing that.

I've had the same issue. Increasing the master volume on my mixer did the trick.
