ctd when travelling

I got this really annoying problem where i cant travel around skyrim without getting ctd's. i can fast travel without ctd's i can be in cities without ctd's but once i go far enough away from where i fast travelled to i get a ctd.

 

any way to fix this?

Your log is full of errors from what I assume is Blush While Aroused, I'd try removing that first and cleaning your save.
