Prison Overhaul is not working.

I installed every requirement, the patches, ran FNIS. I tweaked the mod to my liking. When my character got arrested, they were taken to the prison, stand before the jailer and nothing happens. I unstick the jailer, it doesn't fix it. That was without the Prison overhaul patches.

WITH the patches, I get paralyzed, bound and the guard just stands there. This was on a new game.

And something else is wrong, things are vanishing, merchant stalls and parts of inn counters.
I have realistic room rentals which changes the make up of the inns, but counters don't disappear with this. The only mods that add things to the city that I have are Prison Overhaul, Missives and iNeed. But why are stalls and counters disappearing?

Ok, so I sort of fixed it. I have to save and reload constantly for the scenes to move forward, the stockades disappear as soon as my character is put into them. No body will either spank or whip my character, it's always been rape. (I turned all sex animations off via the menus.)

For faster response you should post mod issues in their corresponding threads. I just happened upon this. 

1. Clean your save as per post No. 2 in POP support thread.
2. Install PO_fix V033 and POP 8u. Make sure POP is after PO in your load order.
3. If using MO, make sure the settings are correct. 
4. For punishments to happen it needs to be a major arrest.
5. You can control all the animations from the MCM. Choose a number between min (0) and max (10), the higher the number the more chances that particular animation will play. A zero will disable the animation.
6. PO/POP will add just pillories and Xs to the cities, it will not cause vendor stands to disappear.  
7. Pillories disappearing is a sign that there is a problem with your ZAP install/files. As a workaround you can enable static pillories in the POP MCM.

I've done all of that.

Except I didn't make sure that the arrest was for major crimes, I'll try that. But my character was still being raped and put in the pillory and X crosses for minor crimes, so shouldn't the whipping/spanking happen too?
