Unable to un-equip Exhibitionist Suit+Boots

Got Exhibitionist Suit + Boots equipped on me in a dungeon after looting corpses (Cursed Loot). Unable to remove by force/spells, unable to remove by asking a blacksmith, unable to remove through console, Master in the Captured Dreams Shop says she can remove it, but it doesn't get removed. Please help

the last time I had one get equipped I was able to remove it (eventually) by using the keys

 

it takes specific keys not just regular restraint keys, as in it takes a certain number of body restraint keys, leg restraint keys , etc.

when using those keys to unlock part of the suit it does consume the key.

 

if you do not have any of the proper restraint keys in your inventory you will not be able to remove it yourself.

 

never tried the master of the CD Shop to remove it so cannot help there.

Are all of those keys supposed to be forged? Because the crafting menu at forges only shows me "Restraints Key" and nothing else. Also, Exhibitionist Suit is a single item, not in parts, so I don't understand how there are multiple keys

It uses the custom cursed loot keys, you'll need to find them randomly in containers/on bodies. And they are set up so that you may need to have multiple keys to unlock.
