My PC and NPC the skin spectacular layer disappear... (after done created character)

Hi, I have some problem about spectacular layer. When I done with character creation the spectacular layer (sweat in this pic) was working still well as in picture below.

 

 

 

But after I walk for a while, the spectacular layer gone... It like hey I already dried up... I'm not sweat anymore... 

 

 

 

And it gone forever until I open racemenu (Use ECE) and change to another race and change back again. That make my skill mess up and unplayable. All npcs have this problem too they didn't show the spectacular layer for their skin. But look like the spectacular layer for armor and weapon still working. Or maybe that I think...

 

I have this problem for long time and don't know what happen. I didn't install any ENB or use any lighting mod. If anyone know how to solve this issue please help me. Thank you

I'm not sure. Never seen this problem before. I can only think of two things.

1. Shift+Enter (default) to bring up ENB interface and edit values of Specular lighting to test.

2. Use this mod, Wet Function Redux: http://www.loverslab.com/files/file/2753-wet-function-redux/

My issue not stop at PC only, it happen to all NPC even this well know follower (well maybe not in the good way) can't avoid it too... Her skin dry and flat...

The problem solved, it turn out I added some lines that completely turn off spectacular sometime ago...

 

fSpecularLODFadeEnd=0.0

fSpecularLODFadeStart=0.0
