[WHAT IS?] This Combat Mod?

Hi guys, does anyone know about this mod in this video? The one that slow the time after you dodge.

Hmmm. The combat looks extremely NieR:Automata esque, except without all the jumping and acrobatics, and in NieR:Automata, if memory serves me well, it does slow the game down when you dodge an attack to give you a moment to admire your handiwork. So with that, I would guess that the slow-motion dodge is a part of the combat mod being used. There has been a few dramatic combat overhauls like this. It could the the Dark Souls combat overhaul with fancy animations added to it.
