Is it possible to get sexlab submit,radiant prostitution tweaked and tdf prostitution to work together?

yes

 

I have had them working together in past load orders (currently I have none in my load order testing some other things).

 

you will have to adjust the individual MCM pages to get them to work together.

 

one thing I do remember is turning off player prostitution in TDF when I had them in at the same time.
