[SEARCH] Improvised Armor and Clothing

A few months back I was browsing mods and found one that allowed you to improvise armor or clothing from animal fur or leather if you found yourself out in the wild without either. From what i remember the stats  for the armor were not very good as it was only meant to last till you found real armor.  The only other thing i remember about the mod is that i think it was a mod on the nexus.

Any help in my search would be great.
