Custom body mesh problem when importing it in Skyrim

Hello everyone

I'm working on a custom race with custom body meshes and such (said meshes are actually modified CBBE meshes I generated with bodyslide):
My problem is that I managed to get a playable version but who lacked polishing (some areas of the mesh were not smooth enough to my liking). I consequently fixed that but if I do the copy and paste branch in NifSkope, I end up with this:

So there's an obvious problem with the updated mesh (duh) but I've been unable to figure out what was wrong with it and how to fix that issue.
If someone has an idea on how to fix that, that'd be fantastic.

bones have to be the same to not have surprises

and a lot of stuff no longer have skyrim bones, or what there is in the skeleton, because they didn't import/export it right in 3dmax or blender (or have moved the bones while converting whatever they were converting)

If I were to copy and paste over the bone list from the mesh that works to the one that has issues, will it work or I'll have to find a way to prevent the bones from moving altogether when I'm doing the extra smoothing pass ?
