Maccready and his Duster - equipping problems

I am making use of Fourplay with Autonomy.  And of course the Enhanced Vanilla Bodies and the Dongs of Fallout.

 

This issue happens only with Maccready, and no one else.

 

Once he has sex, he does not equip his Duster again.  If you try to equip is duster, or any other outfit, it instead equips him with a nude suit, that is a little too big for his body.  At this point, you can equip him with any piece of clothing (except his duster), and it appears as a slightly too big version of the outfit.

 

His duster can never be equipped again, even if you take it and try to wear it yourself - equipping it on yourself or Maccready just causes it to disappear from inventory.

 

Any ideas?

Glad I'm not the only one with this problem.. Still I don't know how to fix it or what's causing it.
