Mod Orginzer Problems

Keep on getting this Qt5Core.dll is bad when I start Mod Orginzer. Any I idea what might cause it?

First and foremost, scan your PC for malware, dll file problems can often be caused by malware corrupting them, I recall having problems like this a few years back.
