Frozen in place in Gomorrah Entrance

After I enter Gomorrah I can't move the guy at the entrance doesn't ask for my weapons i'm just stuck so I need help if possible.

Thanks this helped allot it was Fertile Breeder Farmer that caused it after you bring one of the girls to  Gomorrah for drinks I got thrown out but I didn't get my confiscated weapons back so when I went back he doesn't ask for my weapons until I used the console command and exited Gomorrah and got them returned.
