(help) major problem with MCM

I got an unexpected problem with my nex skyrim installation (except the battle with the skeletons and the showracemenu cache)... my MCM don't work at all !

I tired to resintall SKUI (including the loose file witht he scripts), SKSE, whithout sucess...
