Problem with installing in NMM

Im having an issue installing a couple of my mods on NMM, I might resort to the manually installing them I'm confident enough in knowing what im doing.

I have this issue in NMM where I get this message (.img in attachments).

Has anyone else had an issue like this and found something like an "almost universal" workaround for this?

 

Any advice would be appreciated!

Whenever you set up NMM for a new game it needs to create some Folders, it can only do so with Admin privileges,

You probably will not need to to that in Future.
