Sam Hell Posted September 12, 2017 Posted September 12, 2017 I have a problem with NPCs crowding in shops in Whiterun, they stand there all day doing nothing and will not move. I have Open Cities and Immersive citizens installed, as well as the Open Cities compatibility patch. What could causing this problem?
