i can not install mods

an anyone help me? I have tried to download mods .and my WinRAR keeps popping up with this. I have tried to repair it .but it won't do that. I do not even give me the ability to do it when I right click.I had to use alt r to get to it . also I did download Remo .there should repair it but it can't find any of the files there won't work .only the ones there does work . please help

looks like that the mod is not suiting to the game you want it for?

The archive is corrupted, probably failed while downloading, try downloading some other mod to see if it's working

but it does it with everything i have downloaded the last couple of days.
