Frame limiter - HDT issue?

I've noticed my in-game Framerate sometimes go up to 61 fps instead of capping at 59.9 at it usually stay.

I don't use an ENB but ENB boost with VSync ON in both Enblocal.ini and nvidia control panel for this game only.

 

So my question is do you guys have noticed that too ? It's may be a problem for my game since HDR rely on framerate i can imagine? When opening a new cell i also did notice some stuff flying around (happening but it's rare), meaning framerate must have been higher than 60, breaking physics.

 

Should i use frame limiter (in the enblocal ini) in combination with Vsync?

 

My screen is a 60hz.

Hi, I recently had a similar issue (only with much higher max. frame rates above the 59.8) and what fixed it for me was setting the iPresentInterval=1 flag (Skyrim's own VSync setting) in the Skrim.ini file (NOT in SkyrimPrefs!) that I seem to have disabled by mistake at some point. Frame rate has never exceeded 59.8 ever since I set that. I'm using ENBoost (no ENB) and a pretty old nVidia card.

 

BTW, if you're using MO, note that your active Skyrim.ini file will be located in your MO profile folder, not in Skyrim's user folder.
