CTD When trying to enter Buildings in Whiterun

I've been having this new problem lately involving Whiterun. For some reason I cannot enter buildings at all, it just causes a ctd whenever I try, and it started after I went into Ward-maidens to sell/buy stuff. I honestly have no idea whats wrong with it.

Lots of heavy mods.

So many mods can be merged in this list... its actually painful. (255 is the "limit" but smaller is better)

No bash/merge patch.

 

Is it just whiterun/warmaidens or any location?

have you tried loading a previous save to see if the same issue happens?

Yeah I tried, I can see if its other buildings besides those in Whiterun.

 

Any help on patches would be helpful.

Fixed the glitch in the sky.
