Homemaker mesh collision issue

I use Homemaker and really enjoy it except for the collision issues with rain and static objects like grass, shrubs, etc. After looking at the mod in the G.E.C.K., I think it's an issue with the collision in the nif file and I was wondering if anybody knew what I had to add/change so that whenever I walked into a building, I wouldn't be rained on. I'd also like the player homes to be safe havens from radiation storms if possible, but I'll live with them if not. Thanks.
