Doesnt this mod do the same but without an esp?

 

Edit: ok, enchanting freedom seems to add more than just enchanting freedom.. go figure, my bad op.

I did an extensive search for almost a week and nothing came up except the SSE version. Despite that I don't use google and use one that keeps your searching private, I still did through google and nothing came up. So don't assume that every person doesn't do extensive searching. Not trying to sound like a prick, and thank you for the link. I do appreciate it.

Yeah, I downloaded that despite after reading through it and it doesn't cover custom enchantments. Appreciate the response nonetheless.
