Speed up (animation) time

So, there is Jet, and there are a number of mods (eg Bullet Time) which slow down time. What I need is the opposite, to speed up animation / game time, in order to see how some animations would run if they were faster (because I don't know anything about editing the animations themselves...)

 

Any ideas how to do this?
