last question: how do you toggle poses? do i need a separate mod to toggle Gomo's poses?

Use "Poser Hotkey" mod and define keys for PC and NPC in MCM menu.

is this glitchy? i have both installed, toggle keys is after gomopro and i ran fnis. the toggle next pose doesn't work. i looked in the mcm menu and it mapped to arrows and when i press it nothing happens. the npc is just stuck in the 1st pose. any tips?

You have to reassign the keys. That's what I did. All is working in my game. Have you checked if FNIS reported any errors. You shouldn't have any errors in FNIS report after running FNIS.

Not all the keys. Only the ones that are in conflict with already assigned keys. The MCM will inform you if the key is already assign to other function.
