To date, the best porn business games are Playboy the game, Lola (ok not that good of a game) and Hentai Brothel. Specifically, I am not mentioning the (good) graphic novels or choose your own adventure type games like Jordon 500. Also, I looked for a post on this topic but wasn't able to find it, nor was it on seelenoede's big list of games, so is it too new to have mods built for it (to make it NSFW)?
