How to install presets using MO

if this post is in the wrong place , im sorry, i didnt know where else to put it

 

can someone advise to a complete nurd that i am, how to install presets usung mod organiser, i installed two but when i run race menu they dont show up

under presets

The last time I installed one through MO there wasn't really anything special to do, nothing to be done..at least nothing I remember. Are you sure it's not there in RaceMenu? Remember that you have to press F9 or something like that to actually open up the list of your installed presets.

It depends on if they have created the proper directory structure in the download file, if they have it should be download and install like any other mod and open racemenu.

 

If they have not then it will require a bit of work on your part;

 

SKSE\Plugins\CharGen\Presets is where the jslot file for the preset goes;

 

and

 

SKSE\Plugins\CharGen\ is where any .dds and .nif files from the preset go, so for example the Ariyiel Imperial Racemenu Preset down loadable from nexus would have files in the folliowing locations

 

SKSE\Plugins\CharGen\Ariyiel.dds

SKSE\Plugins\CharGen\Ariyiel.nif

SKSE\Plugins\CharGen\Presets\Ariyiel_Imperial.jslot
