Disable WW Autonomy?

I ticked the 'disable autonomy' in my wicked whims settings and NPC's are still initiating it. I want to disable all autonomy.

Please help, it's super irritating when I'm out and some rude skank takes my partner to the bathroom lol.

All sex autonomy triggers check if autonomy level is set to disabled. I don't know what to tell you, it's not like I can add it twice.
