Star Elves

If this is not in the right place then could you tell me where I should post it.

 

I need some help making my High Elves look like Star Elves from Forgotten Realms (http://forgottenrealms.wikia.com/wiki/Star_elf) which have Light Skin color, gold, red, silver hair, gray or violet eyes with golden flecks.  Who do I give them skin color like what a Breton has?  I thought I could copy the skin color from the Breton but every time I apply the the Breton skin tone I save via the racemenu I end up getting the skin to be white in color.  Do you know of a way to give high elves violet eyes since I do not think there is a mod to give high elves violet eyes with golden flecks?  Is there any way I can give my high elves natural looking red hair and silver hair?  Is there any mod that would make the elf ears look more realistic and less like they are out of an anime?  Also is there any mod that makes the High Elf males look better?
