Transfer Characters appearance to NPC or Follower

my english is bad but i give it a try.
I am searching for a possibiltiy to transfer the characters appearance to a NPC or Follower.
Are there any easy ways to handle it?
Copying data or something like that.

Well, it's not so great, slightly buggy and have limitations...

But for peoples who not familiar with Skyrim modding - it's the best and easiest way =)
