Do you need flowergirls to work with this? and sorry if this is a stupid but question but what the hell is the sexlab MCM? I opened it and it has options that I have no knowledge how it works

vinfamy Posted August 31, 2017 Posted August 31, 2017 You don't need Flower Girls. You don't need to mess around with the MCM (which allows for user customizations) either. The default settings should work for most people.
