New here and have a couple of questions first thing nice work that has been done. Do you need flowergirls to work with this? and sorry if this is a stupid but question but what the hell is the sexlab MCM? I opened it and it has options that I have no knowledge how it works

Ive just played around with the Sexlab Menu a while ago and now i understand what everything does. Just try it. You can always reset it

You don't need Flower Girls.

You don't need to mess around with the MCM (which allows for user customizations) either. The default settings should work for most people.
