[HELP]Cant get any animations to work (SEU, Violate)

so i instaled everything according to vinfamy's guide, but i can't get any animation to work..

when i try "sex em up", i cant activate with any npc, it is like i'm not pressing any key at all, and i already tried to open the menu trough the console and then binding it to another key, but the same problems.

for "violate" my enemies give up after certain life, but all they do is run from me, they don't kneel like they are supposed to... the strange thing is that when i was messing up with the settings, i managed to get my pc to surrender after i killed an enemy, and he kneel. but my enemies aren't doing so.

what can i do to fix this?
