Purple faced NPCS

Basically I went on a mod downloading spree for 3 hours, when I finally got into the game I've noticed 2 bugs.

 

 

1st one(minor issue at the moment) is that I'm stuck on infinite loading screen when I want to start new game, it works fine if I take disable Alternate Start. Any ideas how to make the new game work with Alternate Start?

 

 

2nd one, the major issue is purple faced NPCS. I tried disabling all mods, no difference, still purple. I read about many similar things connected to purple issue and I realize that it's got to do with either missing textures or lack of RAM? Now, before I went on mod downloading spree, I did already have some mods, like 20 and there were no issues back then.

 

 

Also the other people purple issues were mostly hair or body while in my game, only face is purple. Any idea how or where to start to fix this? I guess I'll try uninstalling texture based mods one by one instead of just disabling since uninstalling will actually erase them.

 

EDIT: I've uninstalled over 30 mods that were texture related but the purple faced NPCS are still in-game. Tried reinstalling my body texture(Fair Skin Complexion) of course, it didn't work, I don't even know why I tried that when the issues is both male and female face. I'm running out of ideas on what to try. It's either re-install the game but, that still won't give the answer to what caused it, it's just unsatisfying victory. Or I can only hope someone knows solution to this.

 

Also if this is somehow related to RAM here are my specs:

CPU: AMD A4-7300

RAM: 8GB

Graphic card: AMD Radeon R7 250 Series
