Guest Posted August 29, 2017 Posted August 29, 2017 It seems like some ini tweak I must do, but I've looked around the net and never seen anyone else with this problem. Their problems are all related to water flickering from above. Or giant hole gaps in the sea from the distance. Not this exact problem at least. I searched on STEP and don't see anything related to this bug. I also have something very similar happen out of the water. I get these weird transparent patterns on my screen that's very transparent and hard to notice in screenshots. It's noticeable when moving the camera around. The patterns tend to change depending where I am and which side I'm facing.
