[Request] Slave Trade/ Public Shaming

So I was on NINIRIM's tumbler and I stumbled across this post:

I thought it might be a neat idea to actually implement something like this into the game, where NPC "slavers" bring out their girls onto the Solitude "stage", or other populated places in towns so that anybody in the crowd could have sex with them.
Would something like this be possible? I don't really have much modding experience so I am extremely unqualified to take a stab at it myself but would anybody be willing to give it a try?

I haven't used the mod, but does it not only have this function for the PC?

I was thinking that NPC Slavers could bring out the slave NPCs so that you or NPC standbyers could have their way with them for a price.

Yeah that's what I gathered from the description of Simple Slavery. I couldn't find a mod that does the thing I want it to do, it would be awesome if somebody could implemet this into the game. It wouldn't have to be something over the top. Literally just taking out slaves every couple days or so so that others could have sex with them on public display for a price.
