Need some advise about physics on clothes, body, animations (FO4)

i'm intresting on how to add physics to clothes(skirt etc,) and maybe to body.

i did seen some topics about this but they are unclear for me or they are not for Fallout 4

i also readed some topics about HDT physics but don't know what is the best for fallout 4

and i did not seen any tutorials on how to make them..

 is it posible to make this for (FO4) CBBE  physics body? (to replace it)?
