Is there an accessory or a head piece that is non-intrusive and will allow me to apply ballistic weave to it

I want the extra protection that comes from a second ballistic weave armored clothing but without using anything that would cover most of my hair. I prefer if it were a collar but 'skimpy' head-piece would be fine too.

If I remember correctly, Bazoonga's Piercing Pack allows Ballistic Weave on them. They use some odd slots though, not specifically the head one... http://bazoongas-workshop-fo4-edition.tumblr.com/post/157749275753/bzw-piercing-pack-instruction-open-body-slide

 

Alternatively, I use Hide Helmets from the Nexus and just wear a hidden Combat Helmet (a few vanilla helmets/hats can have Ballistic Weave): http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/5688/?
