Manual installation of Millk Mod Economy

Does anyone know where to put the plugins for Milk Mod Economy?  I thought they would go in skse/plugins, but that does not work.  then I tried to create a folder: MME and put the plugins in there, and place the folder in skse/plugins.  That did not work.

Create a separate Scripts folder. Then for each plugin, navigate one passed True or False, depending. Copy the Scripts file to merge with your new Scripts. Copy/Move the Scripts folder into Data when you've gone through all the plugins. (If you skip any, the MCM may fail to initialize).

Thank you for the fast reply.  I will see what I can do.  I am not sure I understand.  I suppose this is why it is suggested to use a mod manager.  I appreciate your help.
