Hiding armors/clothes.

Hi,

I was wondering if there's a mod that makes all armors/clothes invisible, so that I can equip all armor without it actually showing up? Same goes for other potentially annoying equipment. Preferably only for the player character/women.

Any help is appreciated.

What????

Just don't put anything on then. I guess I don't see what you are trying to accomplish. You could simply make an armor that is a nude body suit mesh and equip it. Thing is that the clothing/armor "is" the body so if you somehow made them invisible then your toon (and other npc's) would be invisible. There is no nude body underneath the armor/clothing.

As to what you are asking for....it doesn't exist and unless you make it yourself, it likely will never exist. It is just too much work to go in and make a body suit for each armor/clothing item. There are mods that can force folks to unequip their inventory so you might try searching for something along that line.

Why not grab a neck seam concealer, mod it to have 100 armour, 100% resistance to blades and magic and disease and everything, and just equip that? Then you can walk around naked wearing nothing but your insane necklace of win... You're going to want to wear some kind of necklace, you might as well buff it up!

EDIT: I actually started to mod Luchaires Neck Seam Concealer (his spelling, not mine...) to be very robust Light and Heavy armor. Then the CS crashed... Yet again... Tired of that, I am.

I'll give it one more shot...

Ok. Download Luchaires Neck Seam Concealers (REQUIRED! - Credits and permissions followed to the letter with this mod...), and replace HIS ESP with MY ESP (attached to this thread).

I don't know if it'll work with the "LL Expanded" versions (It seems to work fine - I'm using them myself...), and you MIGHT have to start a new game (or at least make a clean save), but it should work (It does work on a new toon). You should get the "Amulet Armors" added to your inventory at the beginning of a new game (or clean save).

If you DO NOT GET THE AMULETS: Exit Oblivion. Deselect Luchaires Neck Seam Concealers. Start game. Wait a minute, then save game. Exit. Make sure my "neck seam win" esp is selected (NOT HIS!) and you should have them automagically added to your inventory when you re-start the game.

Four copper amulet armors. Light Amulet. Heavy amulet. Light tail. Heavy tail. Slap 'em on. Run around naked. Kill shit. The mod won't make you "Godly" because you still have to boost your light / heavy armor stats - but you get a good boost at the beginning. AND you should probably grab some high heels and a sexy pair of panties to go with the neck armor...

Only copper, because if you want this, you're a cheap bitch and don't deserve silver or gold...

Rules: Don't ever post this on the Nexus. Post, modify, and do whatever the hell you want with it anywhere else. No credit needed, but a link to http://loverslab.com/ and Luchaires original mod IS required. Nexus insta-ban alert!

Load Order: Replace Luchaires ESP with this ESP. They are the same. I only turned his clothing amulets into armor amulets. All of his amulets are still available. You just get a couple extra buffs with my esp.

Thanks for the suggestions :)

I just want to be able to equip any armor without it showing up. That way you get nudity without having to sacrifice armor.

Yeah' date=' I was afraid of that. Seems like many games do this, sigh...

Not a bad idea. I think I'll try and see if armor models are swappable. If they are, then it may be as easy as cloning one armor for each armor. Worth a shot.

It would be much better if equipment slots could be added for chest and leg clothes/armor, or if the game could be told not to change the models and textures...

Interesting, but I've only just started to play this game and I don't like the idea of using game changing mods soon soon ;)

But I'm still going to take a look at this anyway, thanks :)

Well, here's a possible solution:

-Grab the dmra player-only replacer from the Nexus.

-Replace each of the meshes with the appropriate body your character is using. Just the body without any armor on.

-Activate the esp.

-Done.

Note that you will have to drop any armor you currently have in your inventory and pick it up again for it to be replaced with the nude version.

Works great, isn't much work when done while playing and many female citizens and female guards are now naked as well. I'm a very happy man here :D

Anyway, thanks for the suggestions to everyone who posted, it's just a pity that there's no truly easy way to do this.

If it interests anyone:

Started from scratch with just HGEC body replacer and Colourwheels sexy Oblivion overhaul. This time I'm going to use TES Construction kit exclusively, and replace ALL clothing and armors in Colourwheels mod, brcause I want Nudeblivion (women only, of course).

For anyone who's interested: I'll make this modded mod available when it's generally usable.

well' date=' if you got some bugged texture, maybe u should try this

Optimized Facegen files - http://tes.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=35487

this mod really works with bugged FFrace :D

[/quote']Thanks, I'll check it out.

Anyway, it looks like there is the potential for a lot more bugs than just this if I only use TES Construction Set, because some multi part suits have male and female versions. Sigh...

Fixed the multi part suit problem by merging meshes. Mod is now more or less complete, and doesn't rely on replacing files (except for some Knights of the Nine stuff, will probably be fixed).

Mods effect: All female chest and leg equipment is now invisible, this means that most, if not all, women in the game now appear naked :D Perhaps I should open a thread about this and post the mod properly.

Go right ahead. The more mods, the merrier. :)
