Console command to list all actors in faction X

Is there a way to see what npcs are in a certain faction from console? I have created custom factions for a quest, that constantly have actors being added and removed. I need to check if all the npcs are where they belong during different times.

I don't think that's possible to do via console. Your best bet is probably to write a script or a function that gives you the information you are looking for while the game is running.
