water texture problem - water not covered by fog(prob. enb fog)

this problem has been there for a long time, i'm not sure weather or not there's a fix but i see many ppl playing without this problem, now it's not a big problem but it's really annoying, especially if ur on a mountain or looking at the sea..

 

i have realistic water two installed and elfx, i'm currently using cr enb 292.

i have installed the particle patch of enb and enb elfx- smim patch.

the river is too... clear, it's not behind the distance fog. while all the terrains are covered by a blue distanced fog.

 

the depth of field might be too strong haha...
