2. puffy areola has 2 options in my head. for CBBE bodies, iirc there are sliders for better nipple and aereola changes for body slide if you google it (i cant remember if they built it in by default). For UUNP, you have to find the chinese UUNP body. texture is whatever body texture its normally using (alternatively can use tit kit to have custom color and size areolas.) there might me other bodies but I couldn't name them

 

3. Sexual healing is Sexlab Interactive Arousal, slap idk

 

4. nipples maybe Aroused Nips, which modifies nipples length based on arousal levels
