Wicked whims not working with newest patch

When I click on a sim, I get a script error and the interaction wheel doesn't appear. Never had any issues before this.

Have you re-enabled Scripts and Mods?

Dunno if this will help, but I had the same problem.  I eventually realized that my mods were all being given subfolders rather than extracting directly to the mod folder.  Once I put them back where they belonged, they worked fine.
