dem bones - skeleton bone scale question

I was reading through thread that mentioned that changing the scale of a bone can change how the body appears, at least when in armor without requiring the armor actually be modified. So I tried changing the scale of the L/R butt pre-bones (tried butt bone too), similar alan's bbp armor pack breast size option, which seem to just be skeletons with different scaling on the L/R breast pre-bones. However, nothing happened. So... throw me a bone here Does this method of changing the appearance of an actor not work for the butt bones? Or am I editing the wrong ones?
