I wish this topic gained some traction.  This would be a great mod.

There is a Breastfeed Toddlers mod (not sexual, just feeding as in real world to 1-3yr old) but I do not want to link without permission.  It is on ModtheSims, not a bad site.

But even that mod does not allow women who are not the first mother to breastfeed a baby/toddler.
