[Request] Dialogue about npc relatives and relationships

Is it possible to create a mod dialogue where nps can tell about his relatives (father / mother / sister / brother) and relationships (spouse / lover / friend)?

 

I was looking for something like this, but i have found only this mod that Adds a dialogue option to all interact-able NPCs, with a disposition between -2 and 4, telling you their disposition.

It adds a handful of perks to the Speech tree allowing you to persuade, befriend and recruit any unique, named NPC in the game.

NPCs will continue to follow you as long as they're your friend.

You Give gifts to NPCs to befriend them - you can ask them  about their disposition.
